How this site distinguishes records from allegations

1. Court orders outrank commentary

A signed judgment, order or official docket entry is described according to what the document actually says.

2. Complaints are attributed

Pleadings are introduced with phrases such as “the complaint alleges” or “Evolve alleges.” A pending claim is not converted into a statement of liability.

3. Current balances require current records

A judgment's original face amount is not automatically the same as the current collectible balance. Satisfaction, payment, interest, assignment, appeal, vacatur and modification matter.

4. Private information is excluded

This site does not publish private residential addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, bank details, children's information or other doxxing material.

5. Who publishes this site

This site is published by the party that holds the judgment entered in Able Consulting Group, LLC v. Casequin, Tulsa County District Court, Case No. CJ-2022-00206. It is not a neutral or independent news organization. Source documents are reproduced so readers can evaluate the record directly, and corrections supported by official filings are published on request.

6. Personal attacks are excluded

Labels such as “fraud,” “scammer,” “thief” or “criminal” are not used merely because a person has been sued or has a civil judgment.

7. Corrections are visible

Material corrections should identify what changed, when it changed and which document supports the correction.
