How to request a correction

  1. the exact statement you believe is inaccurate;
  2. the official court order, docket entry or reliable source supporting the correction;
  3. the correction you request; and
  4. contact information for verification.

Right of reply

Justin Casequin, Kristie Casequin, their counsel and directly affected parties may submit a concise response accompanied by supporting documentation. Responses can be published alongside the record when relevant.

Correction examples

If a judgment is satisfied

Correction: A prior version reported the original face amount of the judgment without reflecting a later satisfaction. The page has been updated to include the satisfaction filed on [date].

If a pending claim is dismissed

Update: The complaint previously described this claim as pending. The court dismissed the claim on [date]. The page has been updated.

If a defendant prevails

Update: The court entered judgment in favor of the defendant on [date]. The pending-allegation description has been replaced with the adjudicated result.
